Jose M. Iglesias, CPA, is a Partner at HLB Gravier LLP with more than twelve years of experience providing audit, tax consulting, and strategic tax planning services to both public and private organizations. He leads the firm’s Corporate Tax and Audit Division and has extensive experience managing due diligence engagements, including mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Mr. Iglesias works closely with clients across a variety of industries including automotive dealerships, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, and nonprofit organizations. His industry-focused approach combines technical expertise with practical business insight to help organizations manage risk, improve financial performance, and navigate complex regulatory and operational environments.

Prior to joining HLB Gravier LLP in 2000, Mr. Iglesias began his professional career with PNC Global Investment Group Services.

Throughout his career, Mr. Iglesias has served as a lecturer and guest speaker at numerous business conferences and professional events. He has presented at Florida Department of Education Charter School Training regional conferences, HLB International conferences, and Florida Department of Education training sessions. He has also been a guest lecturer at Florida International University on corporate taxation, entity structuring, and estate succession planning, and has presented at the New York State Society of CPAs conference on Broker-Dealer Audits.

Mr. Iglesias is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and his Master of Science in Taxation from Florida International University. Mr. Iglesias graduated Magna Cum Laude and achieved one of the highest CPA examination scores in the State of Florida.
