About Angelo Rolle, CPA, CGMA
Angelo Rolle, CPA, CGMA, is an Audit Partner at HLB Gravier LLP with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including over 13 years in public accounting and extensive experience in commercial banking. His background combines financial institution expertise with comprehensive audit, assurance, and advisory experience across a wide range of industries.
Mr. Rolle serves as the firm’s appointed Quality Control Partner, where he is responsible for ensuring that the firm’s policies, procedures, and audit methodologies remain aligned with current professional and regulatory standards. He also leads the firm’s Peer Review Services practice.
Prior to his public accounting career, Mr. Rolle worked in commercial banking, where he analyzed multimillion-dollar credit facilities for mid-to-large-sized companies operating throughout South Florida. This experience provides him with valuable insight into financial operations, lending structures, risk management, and business performance.
Mr. Rolle has extensive experience conducting audits for broker-dealers, private companies, governmental entities, and nonprofit organizations. His industry expertise includes mortgage lending, factoring, automotive dealerships, manufacturing, distribution, and other service-based industries.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Memorial University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Barry University.
Mr. Rolle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a member of both the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Rolle actively serves his community through volunteer work with the AICPA and through leadership and ministry involvement within his local parish.
